Migrating a pest control company off Gmail without losing a day

The Challenge
Bugmaster was running the business out of Gmail, had lost access to a key account, and had no one to call when something broke mid-route.
What We Did
We recovered the locked-out account, migrated their email and files from Gmail to Microsoft Office 365 with mailboxes and aliases mapped over, then stayed on as their ongoing IT support.
The Outcome
The team moved to Office 365 with their mail history intact, regained the account they thought was gone, and now has one number to call when something needs fixing.
